New Discoveries - November 2017

I've been picking up bits and pieces throughout the month of November. Most of them have been repurchases of old favorites, but a couple new products have come my way. Now that the month is drawing to a close, I wanted to share my four favorite new discoveries. Click through to read more.

Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Moisturizer
After finishing four bottles of Sukin's Sensitive Skin Moisturizer, I wanted to branch out and try another one of this green Aussie brand's moisturizers, so I picked up the Super Greens Nutrient Rich Moisturizer. While this isn't significantly different in formulation from the Sensitive Skin Moisturizer, Sukin's Super Greens Moisturizer has a lighter, wetter feel on the skin that I've been really appreciating now that the weather's gone quite warm.

Sukin Super Greens Detoxifying Clay Masque
I had this clay mask on my radar since discovering Sukin earlier this year and I finally picked it up at the start of the month. This kale enriched clay mask is pretty unique, more than I expected it to be for sure! Sukin's Super Greens Detoxifying Clay Masque is rich and creamy, it almost feels like a body butter in the jar and on the skin. This mask doesn't dry into your average flaky and crackly clay layer, but instead it forms a soft, clear film on the skin. While I've only used this mask maybe four times, I can vouch for it's efficacy - it's excellent for pulling pimples to a head and sopping up oil without drying the skin.

NYX Tiramisu Butter Gloss
Back in 2013 or so, when these glosses were new and everyone was raving about them, Tiramisu was probably the most popular shade - everyone had it and loved it. I, of course, resisted and tried three or four brighter colors instead. I didn't bring any of them when I moved and I kind of regretted it from time to time. Now that I've nearly finished my go-to gloss that I keep in my purse (Clarins Candy Shimmer Instant Light Lip Perfector), I picked up this cult favorite lip gloss and I totally get the hype. This rosy-brown nude gloss adds just a sheer hint of color to the lips, while imparting a beautifully smooth, glossy finish.

Bare Minerals Clay Chameleon Cleanser
I've been a clay cleanser addict for a couple of years now, and I had this luxe option sitting on my Wishlist for at least two years before treating myself to it a bit over a week ago. Though the texture and color of Bare Minerals Clay Cleanser was a little different than I'd expected, I immediately liked it! Clay Chameleon, much like the Sukin Super Greens Masque, is rich and emollient, leaving my skin feeling soft and refreshed after each cleanse. I'd never considered Bare Minerals Skinsorial line aside from the Clay Chameleon Cleanser, but now I'm intrigued to try more!
