Revlon Vivacious ColorBurst Lacquer Balm Review+Swatches

Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balms are jumbo lip crayons that offer a "lacquer finish that's beyond brilliant. Balm that's beyond comforting. Our triple butter complex of shea, coconut, and mango butters nourish lips." The ColorBurst Lacquer Balms come in ten colors, today I'm focusing on Vivacious. These chubby lip crayons contain 2.3 grams of product and will cost around $9 at the drugstore. Revlon is not cruelty free. This product is American made.
Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balms come in mirrored, color coordinated tubes. The Revlon logo and product name are printed on the pencil in silver lettering; the shade name can be found on the bottom. Product scrolls up and down smoothly with a twist of the crayon's silver base. Packaging is cute and well made, but it does not seem to be recyclable.
I love Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balms! I've previously sung the praises of Coquette, and I gotta say, Vivacious is even better! This jumbo lip crayon is thin and slick, yet still creamy; it applies with such ease! You'll still need to be careful though, because Vivacious is not playing around when it comes to pigmentation - this lip crayon provides full color coverage in just one layer. This lip crayon has an exceptionally comfortable formula, it truly feels balm like and hydrating on the lips, but it still manages to be lightweight. I get excellent wear from Vivacious, it typically lasts four hones on me with minimal transferring and slippage. Want proof? Vivacious has made it through a McDonald's meal almost entirely intact, that's how well it lasts! Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balms have a slightly tingly peppermint scent and flavor to them.

Vivacious is Crayola's Wild Strawberry crayon in lipstick form! This is a bright, cool leaning medium pink - almost fuchsia, but not quite bright enough. Vivacious has a glossy, juicy finish - there is some shimmer in this shade, but it isn't visible on the lips.

Revlon's Vivacious ColorBurst Lacquer Balm is great! This pigmented, glossy bright pink will look good on just about anyone, and I think everyone will like the hydrating formula. Revlon's ColorBurst Lacquer Balms are just excellent, and something about their packaging makes them feel collectible...I definitely want them all. If you haven't tried Revlon's Lacquer Balms, you should.
