ModelCo. Peach Bellini Blush Cheek Powder Review+Swatches

ModelCo. says their Blush Cheek Powders "create a beaming, rosy glow to brighten every complexion. The micronized colour pigments and luxurious, pressed powder delivers a sheer, natural radiance that lasts all day." ModelCo. offers their Blush Cheek Powders in just three shades, my review features Peach Bellini, which I received in a recent Ipsy Bag. This blush for $22. ModelCo. is a Sydney based brand that prides it's self in their Australian made, cruelty free products.

I've always been a fan of ModelCo.'s packaging, its sassy without being over the top or too cutesy. The Blush Cheek Powders come in round, black plastic compacts; "BLUSH" is written across the clear top of the compact in bold, silver lettering. The shade name and ModelCo. logo can be found on the back of the packaging (which is not recyclable)
ModelCo.'s Peach Bellini Blush Cheek Powder is great! This blusher has a rich, soft texture that's super easy to use; it kicks up a minuscule amount of excess powder, yet its still easy to pick up with a brush. Peach Bellini is super pigmented, yet it blends into the skin so easily, creating a fresh, glowy flush. Because Peach Bellini is so illuminating, I usually refrain from pairing it with a highlighter, but that's just my personal preference. I get decent wear from ModelCo.'s Peach Bellini Blush, i usually lasts about seven hours.

Peach Bellini is one of those peachy pinks with a gold sheen, ala NARS Orgasm or theBalm's Hot Mama (its closer to Orgasm, but not quite a dupe). Color payoff is quite strong, but it can be blended down to a barely there blush. This peachy hue is far from unique, but its pretty and its popular for a reason - its universally flattering.
ModelCo. Peach Bellini Blush Swatches
ModelCo.'s Peach Bellini Blush Cheek Powder is good! The texture is lovely and easy to work with, and wow is this blush pigmented! Peach Bellini is a pretty standard shade, a great staple to add to your collection, or a safe bet if you want to try one of ModelCo.'s Blush Cheek Powders and don't know which shade to select. I wouldn't repurchase Peach Bellini, I have several similar blushes (and too many blushes in general!), but I do recommend adding it to your next ModelCo. order.

  1. I like that they clearly label their product on the lid so you know what it is
