Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre Review

Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre is a "24-Hour Miracle Cream The must have product for makeup artists, models and celebrities. A cult favorite that has found its way onto countless photo shoots, television and film sets internationally. This creamy lotion is three products in one: primer, moisturizer, and make-up remover. Its formula remains extremely simple and effective with nourishing ingredients that restores the skin’s natural glow and gives a boost to tired dehydrated skin." This renowned moisturizer comes in two sizes; 30 ml ($16) and 75ml ($28). Embryolisse products can be difficult to track down in the USA, but you can order them from the brand's website, which also offers a list of retailers. Embryolisse does not test on animals. Lait Creme Concentre is made in France.

I HATE Lait Creme Concentre's packaging. This moisturizer comes in a white aluminum squeeze tube, the Embryolisse logo and product name printed on the front; a multilingual product description on the back. The metal tube is heavily wrinkled and develops random, small tears that leak and expose product to contaminants. Why? I thought an aluminum tube would be fairly sturdy. If you buy Lait Creme Concentre, do yourself a favor and decant it into another container. Packaging is recyclable.
Embryolisse's Lait Creme Concentre is a product I've been interested in for years. I've seen it used by Lisa Eldrigde, Pixiwoo, and many European bloggers, all of them recommending and raving about this moisturizer. Initially, I planned on picking up just a couple of $1 sample packets, but after sampling it at the Embryolisse booth at IMATS, I fell in love with the consistency and purchased a full size tube. Lait Creme Concentre is a white, rich, medium weight cream that glides over the skin beautifully. Because this moisturizer is on the creamier side, it does take some time to sink in. Lait Creme Concentre is wonderful as a nighttime moisturizer, or for prepping the skin before makeup application. This cream is intensely hydrating and temporarily plumps the skin, while providing a dewy, but not greasy finish. I also like to use Lait Creme Concentre for correcting small mistkes, but I don't find it very effective as a full face makeup remover. When it comes to ingredients, I was surprised at how basic Lait Creme Concentre is. This moisturizer uses common ingredients like mineral oil, aloe, and shea butter to hydrate the skin. Lait Creme Concentre does not contain any sun protection. Unfortunately, this moisturizer does contain fragrance, though its faint, and the very last ingredient.

I really like Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre. The consistency is beautiful, its hard to put into words, you'll just have to feel it for yourself. I adore how it feels on the skin, its so moisturizing, yet not too heavy for daytime wear. Lait Creme Concentre has a standard, straightforward formula, but hey - it works! Will I repurchase this product? Almost definitely, when I can. Give this moisturizer a shot, I think you'll love it as much as I do.
