Eddie Funkhouser Kiki Chromographic Lip Color Review+Swatches

Eddie Funkhouser says their Chromographic Lip Colors "saturate lips with vibrant hues and light, reflecting particles for a creamy finish and eye catching, multi-dimensional effects." These lipsticks are available in eight shades, my post features Kiki. Each Chromographic Lip Color lipstick contains 4 grams of product and sells for $11.99. I received this lipstick in a Wantable box. Eddie Funkhouser is a cruelty free brand. This lipstick was made in Italy.

Eddie Funkhouser's Chromographic Lip Colors have sleek, simple, and functional packaging. These lipsticks come in square, black tubes. The Eddie Funkhouser logo is printed on the side of the tube. The shade name is printed on a label on the bottom of the tube. The lipstick bullet scrolls up easily, but its set a little loose. Packaging seems to be sturdy and good quality otherwise. I'm not sure if packaging is recyclable.
Why don't Eddie Funkhouser's Chromographic Lip Colors have more pretty? They're awesome! This lipstick has a creamy consistency that melts onto the lips. Kiki feels delightfully smooth and moisturizing on the lips, it feels more like a balm than a lipstick. This lipstick offers medium, buildable color payoff - one pass around the lips is so close to being opaque, but a second swipe will really boosts color coverage. I get solid wear from Kiki, about three hours, with a subtle residual stain lasting another hour. This lipstick wears off evenly. Having such a lovely, moisturizing formula means Eddie Funkhouser's Chromographic Lip Color in Kiki is prone to transferring off onto cups and cheeks, and it can slip out of the lip line, so you may want to consider a lip liner. This lipstick has no flavor or scent.
Kiki is described as a "coral pink", an accurate description for this beautiful color! This is a bright, medium warm pink with just a touch of a coral tinge. Kiki has no shimmer or glitter, in fact in looks quite matte in the swatches above. On the lips, Kiki has more of a satiny finish.
Wow, Eddie Funkhouser's Chromographic Lip Color in Kiki is great! This lipstick has a comfortable, creamy formula that wears nicely. Color payoff is is strong, and the color is gorgeous - a perfect pink coral. Twelve bucks is a reasonable price for such a good lipstick. I'm really interested in checking out the rest of Eddie Funkhouser's line. I definitely recommend the Chromographic Lip Colors!
